Easy Waffle Recipe Without Milk (Dairy Free)

Dairy Free delicious waffles for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup dairy free milk coconut, almond, oat, soy
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker – a Belgian waffle maker works great for thick, crispy waffles.
    Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    Prepare wet ingredients – In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks, then add dairy-free milk, melted butter (or coconut oil), vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and water.
    Whip the egg whites – Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. This step ensures a fluffy texture for your homemade waffles.
    Combine the ingredients – Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
    Cook the waffles – Lightly coat the waffle maker with cooking spray. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
    Serve & Enjoy – Top with maple syrup, fresh berries, peanut butter, or chocolate chips for a delicious breakfast treat!
